Training on “Techniques on Search of Premises and Persons” for High Professional Police College

Today, on 25th September 2019, PAMECA V delivered the second and last round of training on “Techniques on Search of Premises and Persons through the display of an authentic didactic video, for group analysis and evaluation”, for the last 2 groups of High Professional Police College students, in total 44 students.

The training program revolved around the best EU practices as regards the procedures of conducting the search of premises and persons, teamwork, safeguards of the subjects undergoing the search, seizing evidence properly without altering and damaging it, minutes writing, etc.

A video-recorded simulation exercise on the topic, carried out by former HPPC students, under the guidance of PAMECA V, was displayed and the participants constructively analyzed their colleagues’ actions and performance, based on the theoretical knowledge provided to them during the first part of the training. “Brainwriting” coaching methodology was used to generate ideas and comments, and it created an interactive and engaging atmosphere among students.
