The purpose of the meeting was to agree on the coordination of trainings to be provided to BMP by each participant in order to pool resources, avoid duplication and overlapping. In agreement with the BMPD, PAMECA V has proposed to play a coordination role and is ready to collect training needs from the BMP as well as training plans from each participant and share them among all the partners. PAMECA V as an EU project is also ready to coordinate and contribute to EU MS’s training support for BMP by recruiting experts from EU MS to deliver trainings as per BMP needs.
All participants agreed to exchange information on training plans with PAMECA V and BMP. Border and Migration Police training needs and partners’ training plans will be collected by PAMECA V and will be shared with all stakeholders. Partners will assess their training offers against the BMP needs in order to increase the trainings’ relevance adequacy and impact for the beneficiary.
