The activities envisaged under this component aim at strengthening the Integrated Border Management capacities of ASP as well as other agencies operating in this area. Key activities include support to improve institutional, legislative and infrastructure framework, alignment with the EU/Schengen Acquis, strategic management, risk management capacities and develop trainings in line with FRONTEX CC.

PAMECA V shall also assist the beneficiary to further develop the capacity within BMP regarding risk analysis and data collection. These activities aim to update and improve IBM capacities and to achieve full compliance of Border Security System with the EU/Schengen acquis and best practices.
