The main goal of this component is to assist beneficiaries improve organisational and administrative capacities to plan and manage human, financial and technical resources more effectively and efficiently. A further improvement of the capacity to coordinate with external donors ensuring the proper impact of donor funded assistance needs to be highlighted.

Key activities include support for developing procedures for implementing fair and transparent system of human resource management practices, develop procedures and manuals for assets management and maintenance, review of training curricula in line with CEPOL and FRONTEX CC, budget planning and procurement support, etc.
