Practical training on concrete cases of fight against organised crime.
PAMECA V organized a practical-oriented training for 34 management–level police officers, at the Faculty of Security and Investigation, on 20 March 2019. The training geared towards facilitating the exchange of the expertise and the best practices among law enforcement officers concerning the investigation process and the fight against organized criminal activities.
The training referred a concrete case on fight against international drug trafficking by focusing on how the investigation process was planned and carried out, the proactive investigative techniques used, effective ways of arranging an investigative plan, the importance of assembling a multiskilled group of investigative officers and the importance of international collaboration for tackling criminal activities with transnational ramifications.
