PAMECA V and High Professional Police College, Security Academy, organised jointly the third module of the simulation activity on Search of Buildings and Persons. The 22 students who were the protagonists of this simulation were divided into three groups and were given scenarios and specific roles to play for purposes of this exercise. The execution of the simulation activities was done with the support and guidance of PAMECA V expert, Mr Mirarchi, and two professors, Mr Hakrama and Mr Zoga.
This simulation exercise was an opportunity for students to practically apply theoretical knowledge, to develop and enhance operational discipline and techniques, and key competencies required to possess in the course of their future work. Areas covered included: organising the search process, team working, effective communication with the team and the search subjects, the usage of specific techniques for searching buildings and persons, collecting evidence properly, record writing, etc.
All simulation exercises were recorded and the respective video will serve as an authentic visual aid for further analysis which will be done by all 211 cadets. This post-training evaluation phase will allow all cadets to interactively engage in this simulation activity.
