PAMECA V delivered a training on Improvised Explosive Device (IED) recognition and examination for the National Forensic Institute, the RENEA Bomb squad and the AT Directorate. This training was delivered in four days in collaboration with an international STE, who was deployed by PAMECA V. Throughout the duration of the training the participants had the opportunity to be introduced to various theoretical related topics and practical examples and real-life cases. The experts shared with the trainees best European practices on Bomb Squad Operations, information on explosive substances and explosive methods, danger areas, DNA fingerprints traces, etc. The trainees had the opportunity to discuss concrete cases such as Paris attacks. In the end of this training program the participants stated they found very useful this collaboration with PAMECA V.
