PAMECA V concluded the training course on Surveillance Techniques for 38 inspectors newly appointed to the Special Operational Force Directorate, on 22 November 2019

The trainees were divided into three groups, where each group attended a one-week training.

They were trained on basic surveillance techniques on foot and by car, by setting up required schemes adjusted to the environment they had to operate in.

The training focused on how to make environmental observation and counter surveillance in urban and rural areas, paying attention to communication and distances required.

The training was delivered by PAMECA V Long Term Expert on Organised Crime in cooperation with the SOF Directorate.
