PAMECA V delivered the first round of training on “Police Ethics and Corruption Phenomenon”, on 28th February 2020, which was attended by 23 cadets of High Professional Police College. The training program was focused on principles of police ethical conduct, risk of corruption phenomenon in police structures, measures and law-enforcement agencies in Albania to prevent and fight it and some concrete cases prosecuted in Italy.
Also, Albanian legal norms related to police ethics were briefly introduced. At the end of the training, the attendees filled up a questionnaire about measures that they deem necessary to be taken to reduce corruption in Albanian police structures.
This training activity will be delivered to four other groups of High Professional Police College, in the following weeks.
