PAMECA V delivered the third round of training on “Police Ethics and Corruption Phenomenon”, on 14 June, 2020, whose beneficiaries were 26 cadets of High Professional Police College, Security Academy. The training content encompassed ethical values and principles of police ethical conduct, alert factors that could indicate the risk of corruption phenomenon in police structures, current respective Albanian legal framework and also, effective measures to curb and combat corruption. Additionally, concrete prosecuted cases of police corruption in Italy were shared by the international expert on organised crime.

At the end of the training, the attendees answered to a questionnaire about measures that they deem necessary to curb corruption in Albanian police structures.
