After finalizing the Training Video on “The risks of corruption phenomenon in Albanian law enforcement agencies, from an operational approach; magnitude, impact, strategies, Mr. Maurizio Mirarchi, Long-term Expert on Organized Crime and Mr. Giovanni Pasqua, Long-term Expert on Human Resources, met with Security Academy Director/Rector, Mr Bilbil Mema and his staff to officially deliver it. The training video, in which PAMECA V in close collaboration with Special Prosecution against corruption and Organised Crime (SPAK), addresses on corruption phenomenon within law enforcement agencies and the risks that it entails, through a scientific and operational approach. This video was developed with the aim of serving the current and future Security Academy students and police officers for didactic purposes, in the respective topic.

Moreover, the meeting was an occasion to present a report on the activities carried out by PAMECA 5 Long-term expert on Organised Crime, Mr Maurizio Mirarchi, during the last 30 months, to the benefit of Security Academy. Mr. Pasqua underlined that the assistance provided by PAEMCA 5 was focused not only on delivering training programs and activities, but particularly on transferring a working methodology and certain interactive training techniques that may be applied with SA students, thus equipping them with a better and practical knowledge for their future job.
Mr. Mema expressed his highest consideration and appreciation on the close and fruitful cooperation established and underlined that the innovative approach and the dedication showed by Pameca and its staff constitute an important contribution to Security Academy and its educational programs”.
