On 29 June 2020, PAMECA V in collaboration with the School of Magistrates and EURALIUS V organized the eighth regional training on some amendments to the Law “On preventing and Striking Organized Crime, Trafficking, Corruption and Other Crimes through Preventive Measures Against Assets” (“Anti-Mafia Law”) and on the new role of the Court. PAMECA’s Short Term Expert- Chief Prosecutor of Benevento in Italy, shared the Italian experience on the application of the Anti-Mafia Law. Experts from the SoM, judge and prosecutor, presented on the new amendments of the Anti-Mafia Law and experiences in the application of the new Anti-Mafia Law.  Discussions between experts from PAMECA and EURALIUS, as well as participants provided guidance regarding interpretation aspects of the law.

This training was held online and was attended more than 10 magistrates who showed high interest for the topic.
