IBM Training on risk analysis

From 18 – 22 of March the IBM component organised a training on Risk Analysis. The training took place in Durres at the IMOC. Trainees were representatives of the institutions participating at the IMOC and representatives from Custom Directorate and Directorate of Border and Migration. The establishment of a risk analysis unit for IMOC was in the framework of the EU accession process. Hence, IMOC requested PAMECA IV to assist them with a training dedicated to this purpose.

PAMECA assisted them by recruiting an Austrian STE, from the Federal Ministry of Austria, with a long experience in the area of risk analysis.

The objective of this training was Analysis of the state-of-play as regards the collection, analysis and evaluation of data; Familiarization of the IMOC staff with the basics of data-collection, risk management and risk analysis; Interactive elaboration of an “Albanian Model” for an embedded risk management system compliant with the FRONTEX CIRAM 2.0.

At the end of the training, participants were provided with a certificate.
