After the ICARUS (Inter-institutional Approach for Awareness-Raising about Road Safety) launching ceremonies in Tirana and Durres, Shkodra was the third city in Albania to organize, jointly with the Regional Police Directorate of Shkodra and PAMECA IV Project, the launching of ICARUS Project and the screening of the movie “Young Europe”. The activity was attended by more than 180 high schools students. The Ceremony was honored by the presence and speeches of the Director of RPD of Shkodra, the Prefect of the Region of Shkodra, the Deputy Mayor of Shkodra and other senior ASP police officers.
