In the framework of activities carried out under the Organized Crime Component, PAMECA IV deployed the Short Term Expert (STE) Giansaverio CACI for an assessment of the Crime Scene Investigation capacities of the Albanian State Police. The STE and OC Long Term Expert, Gilles Locchi, visited the Regional Police Directorates of Shkodër, Vlora and Tirana as well as the central Forensic Police Directorate.

Short Term Expert will submit a set of recommendations based on EU Member States best practices in the CSI.
