On 18.12.2013 in Tirana the following agreement is drawn up and signed between the parties concerning the donation of police fluorescent vests and whistles to the ASP in the framework of EU technical assistance and collaboration provided by PAMECA IV to Albanian State Police.

The PAMECA IV, represented by Giorgio Butini, PAMECA IV Team Leader, and The Tirana Regional Police Directorate represented by Director Ardian Çipa.

PAMECA IV technical assistance is provided through implementation of Component 4 of the work plan, namely ‘General Patrol and Traffic Policing’ with its specific objective to improve the organizational, administrative, technical and resource management capacities of the ASP. The expected result of this component is improvement of the ASP General Patrol and Traffic Police services.
