The Europol led EMPACT Western Balkans Joint Police Operation “Europe-2013” to fight organised criminal groups dealing with stolen cars took place on 25-28 September 2013 with the participation inter alia of the ASP officers alongside with Italian police, Interpol and Europol officers.

PAMECA IV deployed a Short Term Expert to monitor and assess the overall performance of Inspectors and Chiefs Inspectors during the “Europe-2013’’operation. The STE monitoring report will serve as basis for a lesson learned seminar to be developed and delivered i.a. with the aim of further improving the ASP capacity to fight organised criminal groups dealing with stolen vehicles trafficking.
